  1. Ready for the Devnet test

    The program was rebuilt and every test re-run. All tests also pass with the order-book (Manifest) and metadata programs exactly as they run on mainnet today. The public Devnet test is next; its address will be announced here.

  2. Check the rules of any Solana token

    A new page reads any Solana token from the chain and says in plain words who can mint more, who can freeze your tokens and whether the rules can change. No wallet needed, no scores. Charta's own card is there too.

  3. Rule change: the recovery key can lift a pause

    So that a stolen administrator key cannot keep the program paused, the offline recovery key can now lift a pause at once; the administrator then cannot pause again for seven days. The program upgrade key moves to its own offline key, separate from the administrator and the recovery key. New program build c0e81814… (V24).

    The home page now shows a live bubble map of every CHTA holder with lines for direct transfers between wallets. A new Verify page checks the program code, its upgrade key, the mint and the vaults straight from the chain.

    Opening auction minimum price 0.0002 USDC; project floor 120 USDC; a protected fixed technical cost of 12 USDC per rolling 30 days. Other spending stays limited to 25% a year of the reserve.

  9. Attack tests: 93 attacks, all blocked

    61 attacks by outsiders and a malicious administrator, then 32 attacks by outsiders only, against the compiled program in a local simulator. All were blocked. These are the project's own tests, not an independent audit.
